Wow. The deck is everything. We’re from LA so we don’t see stars like this back home. A couple of glasses of wine, the fire out going, just perfection. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will come back!

Our stay was fantastic! The home is as pictured but what you don’t see is the intentionality and care the hosts have put into the space. The backyard oasis was a great retreat after a long hike and Bocce ball was a lot of fun for our family.
The kitchen is generously stocked, amenities are very nice, beautiful views, front porch was so nice for coffee in the morning, and the location is ideal for walking to uptown and accessing area trails easily! We felt very spoiled during our time at this lovely home and highly recommend staying here.

My family had the good fortune to find and stay at Vista Ridge for Christmas. Its location couldn’t be more perfect – we were able to walk everywhere in Uptown as well as down to Tlaquepaque Village.
It was a cinch getting into this house, and we were very happy to find that there was a Christmas tree and some decorations.
My adult son and daughter had their own bedrooms downstairs – each with king-sized beds – and had their own bathrooms which pleased them both. The living area was very comfortable, the kitchen was spotless and a nice size. We only ate breakfasts at the house so I can’t really speak to how equipped the kitchen is since I didn’t need any pots, pans, or kitchen tools, however, there are plenty of nice dishes, cups, and tableware.
The upstairs master loft spacious with a nice view of rock formations. It and the bathroom were very clean and comfy.
Unfortunately, we didn’t use the outside areas, but you’d love what is available.

We had the best time here! Location was perfect to walk into town for restaurants and shops but the house still felt private and peaceful. Many great places around the property to sit and relax. We felt right at home.

We just spent the weekend here and had an amazing time! The beds were so comfortable after a long day. The location can’t be beat! The patio is so charming and has a fire pit for those chilly Sedona nights. Would definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Vista Ridge! The property met and often exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the property were breathtaking, pictures don’t do it justice.
We enjoyed our mornings sipping coffee next to the little backyard waterfall while soaking in the stunning red rock landscape or sitting in the living room staring at the stunning horizon.
The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to the much more relaxed uptown Sedona area and its hiking trails. Area property was in was nice and peaceful, as well. Our host was proactive and provided great recommendations for local dining and activities in the welcome book. We looked forward to coming back to the place. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 72 hours after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
